Order Notes

By ordering a product, you agree to make a shopping request to SHOPTAKE in accordance with these terms and conditions. After receiving your order, SHOPTAKE will send you a reply letter. This reply does not mean that SHOPTAKE has accepted your order. If SHOPTAKE fails to provide any ordered products or services, or due to payment problems caused by the credit card you are using, or for any other reason, SHOPTAKE reserves the right to refuse to accept the order. If SHOPTAKE is unable to provide any product or service on your order, SHOPTAKE will notify you by phone or email.

After your order request is accepted by SHOPTAKE, the customer service department will call or WHATSAPP you to confirm the order and arrange the delivery time and date. All orders placed or confirmed once submitted cannot be cancelled or modified, and the fees paid will not be refunded.

This website is not responsible for any order that is affected by incorrect information provided by the customer or due to any factors beyond the control of this website.

Notice

  • All prices are self-collection.
  • The price is clear, please do not negotiate.
  • We do our best to maintain the latest inventory of online goods, but since most of the goods are only in stock, we recommend that customers check with us before placing an order/payment.
  • If the item happens to be out of stock, we will also send it out in about 7-14 working days, and we do not accept this as a reason for refund. Please be sure to contact us to confirm the stock before placing an order!
  • Some of the items are pre-order items. If the order includes pre-order items, it will be sent out after all the items are available. (If you need to send it separately, please contact us)
  • Since most of the goods are only in small quantities, there is no verbal reservation, and the receipt of the full payment will be the proof.
  • Shipment will be arranged after full payment is made.
  • If the product is not picked up within 2 months after it arrives at the store, or the delivery information cannot be provided within 2 months, it will be treated as abandoned.
  • If the goods are not picked up for more than 1 month after they arrive at the store, we will charge a storage fee of $10 per day.
  • Placing an order to purchase means that you have understood and accepted this purchase instruction.

Confirm Order

product return

  • SHOPTAKE provides customers with a "seven-day product return guarantee" (calculated from the date of receipt). Customers can ask us if there is any problem with the product and need to return it within seven days after receiving the product.
  1. We will not accept any reason to process the replacement if the receipt date is more than 7 days.
  2. Within 7 days after the request for return or exchange of goods, if the customer cannot cooperate with the company's arrangement for recycling the goods, resulting in our failure to recall the goods, the customer will be deemed to have given up the request and have no right to make a claim.
  3. Replacement items must be returned together with complete packaging, accessories, and instructions.
  4. If the product is not specifically marked, the product is not entitled to any warranty. All product maintenance is self-contained maintenance, please contact us first.
  5. If you need to return or exchange goods, the ordering party including local and overseas customers must pay for the postage of the replacement goods.
  6. If the customer chooses to return the goods after receiving the goods due to factors other than the quality of the goods (including but not limited to the mold marks produced by the goods during production), regardless of whether the goods meet the conditions of free shipping at the time of delivery, the relevant delivery fee will be based on the unsatisfied Free shipping is subject to conditions. If the customer returns the goods to the address designated by the company when returning the goods, only the delivery fee and handling fee will be charged. For those who return the goods for the above reasons, the company will charge a return fee regardless of whether the customer chooses to deliver the goods at the time of purchase. The fee is HKD100 or 3% of the item value, whichever is higher.
  7. Items must be returned together with any gifts that were included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund. The refund amount will be credited to your designated bank account within 4-6 weeks after confirmation.
  8. If you have any problems with the product during shipping, please contact the shipping company for a solution. SHOPTAKE will not compensate for any cost or replace the goods.
  9. Any displayed discounted, clearance or sale products, freebies and trial size gifts are not subject to replacement.
  10. If the goods you received or the quantity of the goods does not match the order, you can notify us by email within seven days, and we will have someone to verify the contents of the order. If it is found that this is caused by our error, we will arrange for a free replacement of the goods, and the company will be responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred.
  11. Some products are slightly discolored or deformed due to process or fabric treatment, but the main functions have not been affected in any way, and cannot be replaced due to quality problems.
  12. The pattern, logo printing may be different from those shown in the video/picture, depending on the supplier's delivery, the video is for reference only, the actual pattern, color, size may be slightly different, about 1-5cm error, everything is subject to the actual product .
  13. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any discounted products, pre-order products, and the delivery method is SF Express. Food includes (but not limited to) cookies, snacks, nutritional fruit bars, etc.
  14. In case of any disputes, SHOPTAKE reserves the right of final decision.

Precautions

  • The address that needs to be transported up the stairs, the transportation company needs to charge additional freight, and the customer needs to bear the additional transportation cost
  • If the wrong delivery occurs due to the wrong address entered by the customer, the company will charge an additional administrative fee of HK$50
  • If it is delivered to the designated delivery location within the first delivery time and no one receives it, the delivery person will first contact the company and then try to contact the consignee. If unsuccessful, the company will make another delivery arrangement, but Shipping fee will be charged
  • "Delivery" shown in the waybill tracking of Jump Point and Zeek Home does not mean that it will arrive at the estimated time. Generally, it will be delivered within 1-3 working days during the delivery.
  • The following areas "Zeek Zebra Home" adopts limited delivery time (except public holidays), and the order cut-off time may be earlier:

    Ma Wan designated delivery time: every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (12:00 – 16:00);
    Designated delivery time in Discovery Bay: Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (12:00 – 16:00);
    Tung Chung Designated Delivery Period: Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (16:00 – 22:30).
