A very light-weight wrought iron pot. The pot made in Japan does not have any coating to achieve a non-stick effect (please follow the official teaching)
Just make sure to lubricate the pan with hot oil every time you use it, the pan can be maintained and used very well
The 30cm style is only 1.2kg, which is nearly half lighter than the usual Chinese iron pot

It is recommended to buy a larger size, as more space is required to fry/toss the pan when cooking
